This policy covers the ExtensionKit website and the purchase of ExtensionKit, run by Ramiro Fernandez, Argentina. It doesn't cover extensions that customers build with ExtensionKit; each of those has its own policy.
What I collect
- Purchases: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. I receive your name, email, country and order details; I never see your full card number.
- Emails you send me: whatever you include in them.
The site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
How I use it
- To deliver your purchase, send receipts and updates, and provide support.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
I don't sell or rent your data, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payments, tax and receipts (merchant of record)
- GitHub Pages — website hosting (standard server logs)
How long I keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing me. Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 you can also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority that oversees it.
